Terms of Service — Score Pros Biz

1. What Score Pros Biz is

Score Pros Biz DIY Builder (“the Service”) is an educational software platform that helps business owners understand, monitor, and improve their business credit profile. The Service includes a Fundability Score, a 5-phase roadmap, a tradeline database, and AI-powered coaching. We do not guarantee specific credit outcomes, funding approvals, or score increases. All recommendations are educational, not financial advice.

2. Account & billing

By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly ($99) or annual ($899) basis. You may cancel anytime through your account portal; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: scraping data, reverse-engineering the platform, impersonating other users, uploading malicious content, or using the Service to facilitate fraudulent business activity. We may suspend accounts that violate this section without refund.

4. Content ownership

The Service’s curriculum, tradeline recommendations, AI assistant, and tooling are owned by VZN House LLC dba Score Pros. You retain ownership of content you upload (business documents, credit reports, dispute letters). You grant us a limited license to process that content to provide the Service.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not a credit repair organization, not a law firm, and not a financial advisor. Information provided is educational and should not be the sole basis for any business or financial decision. Consult a licensed professional where appropriate.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VZN House LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on your account at least 30 days before they take effect.
