Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account info: name, email, password hash, business name.
• Business credit data: tradeline records, payment history, bureau scores (only what you provide or authorize).
• Payment info: handled by Stripe — we store only a customer identifier and last-4 of the card, never the full number or CVV.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, IP address, user agent — used to improve the Service.

2. How we use it

To operate your account, generate Fundability Scores, personalize tradeline recommendations, process payments, send transactional emails, and improve the Service. We never sell your personal information.

3. Who sees it

Access is limited to (a) you, (b) Score Pros staff who support your account, (c) trusted service providers we use to run the platform: Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI coaching). Each provider has its own privacy terms and appropriate security controls.

4. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication uses Supabase Auth with bcrypt password hashing. Role-level access controls limit who can see sensitive fields. We log administrative access to audit tables.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate information, or delete your account at any time. Deletion removes your profile and associated records; anonymized usage logs may be retained. Email privacy@getscorepros.com.

6. Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
